Then I market your property to maximize its exposure, and I advise you during the negotiation process.

For Buyers:  It’s no secret that current and historical information on properties for sale is readily available to buyers in today’s market.  The value of a buyer representative is to use the available information to educate you on sales trends, neighborhood history, market demands and square footage values and to objectively evaluate why one property may be a better investment than another.  Once you have selected a property that meets your needs, I will guide you through price negotiations and the processes required to close on the property.
